Top 3 of MI2: Farah, Nita & Daniel

Sunday, September 11th, 2005

Just got back from my trip to Ipoh to celebrate my parent’s 25th anniversary..Aww..such moving and memorable..25 years of marriage…though not really solid but it still gets going ;). Took lots of pics and a short video of my mum and dad cutting the 3-storey high cake..and my relatives nearby giving all the cheers…it makes my hair stand on end LOL..maybe terlalu geli gua.

Oh..I just gotta say this..we got our best Top 3 for MI! The power of FarNiDan. Yes, was so happy when Daniel and Farah announced the top 2. Wow..that was some twist..letting us know the position first 15 minute before the line closes..but then again in the end, it doesn’t make any difference. Nita..it’s her 3rd time bottom 2 and she’s survived again. Can we call her a survivor LOL. First was with her best friend Azam, second was also with her best friend Adam and now Faizull.

Can’t wait for next week’s show. Oh, I’m getting really anxious as the days of Genting Finale inching closer.

Farah saved!

Operation save the gals a success! LOL. Thank  god our efforts of pumping votes for her weren’t in vain. She might be the bottom 3 but she’s also the Top 3 position. Ash was eliminated. I felt he might leave but then again, it’s hard to predict after all the previous weeks..the gals were rather vulnerable at this position. Faizull needs to go next week. Then we have our perfect Top 3! FarNiDan :D

Woo…~~~~

Last Saturday, had dinner with Dina, Daniel, Edward, Kanesh and his younger brother. We set the time to meet up which was 7.30 pm at Taman Jaya LRT station but I ended up late LOL. I picked Kanesh and his brother about 7.45pm. When I finally reached the station, it was about 8 plus..LOL my bad :/. Surprisingly Daniel was also in sight, hadn’t expect him, in the end we fitted 6 people into my Wira (mind you they aren’t small size ya know), Edward had to really squeeze himself in the backseat with 3 rather big size guys. I was rather worried if there were police patrolling at night, definitle saman ticket in my hands LOL.

Anway we agreed to go this Indian house restaurant located in Jalan Gasing. At the junction, I had to U-turn as the restaurant was over the other side of the street. What a panic I got myself into when the engine went dead, and it was a quite slopy junction, cars were blowing their horn like mad behind, adding to the tension are 5 guys in the car. I instantly turned the ignition and jammed on the accelerator with the clutch released. LOL. That was embarassing.

After dinner, Edward and Daniel went separate ways to meet up Edward’s friend somewhere nearby. We shook hands, promised to keep in contact in the future, said our goodbye and they left while we got back into the car and headed some place else since it’s still rather early. Kanesh suggested that we go up the Gasing Hill for sight seeing.

It was indeed really high up, was wondering if the 10 year old car was able to support the weight of all 4 of us. Anway when we reached atop, it was pitch black even though there were street lights and basically there wasn’t anything that we can view from afar. I almost forgot, it was the last day of the Hungry Ghost Festival and I wasn’t feeling really right to hang out places like this, neither did they so hurriedly left. But before we left, we took all four of our pics but it was hard to judge having to snap from behind.

I got curious at this tree and benches right from across the car parked so I took a picture of it and guess what appeared.

Notice the white round stuff at the right side of the pic? Those are what paranormal terms called orbs. In other words they are souls wondering freely on this earth.

Well, the pic above wasn’t so much, take a look at this one, it’s the second one I snapped.

Hoho..there are even more orbs in the pic!!Here I circled how many exactly are there visible.

A total of 18. Spooky or what? Notice the rather bigger than the rest up of the pic? And the other rather brighter than the rest in the centre?

Dina was beginning to get goosebumps so mustered no time and left the place for good. We stopped at a mamak restaurant and sat down to talked about the things we just saw.

Apparently the pics are quite understandable as it’s the last day of HGF, means these wanderless souls will leave this world and return to the other realm for a year. But what surprised me is a digicam managed to capture these activities. I was fascinated, really. This is my first time ever to capture something extraordinary on. Even the past analogue cams I used never did find anything strange. LOL, I know..it’s better not to capture any of these stuffs on cam, otherwise it means..YOU KNOW!!

Final 5 at Sri Pentas 2

Saturday, September 3rd, 2005

Thank god I asked priest the exact location of the Shell petrol station he was suppose to wait, if not I’d definitely went to the one in Summit man..yo..dude, you kept making me think that it’s there ya know LOL. So I left about 7.15pm, and true enough, the Federal Highway was congested. Slowly, the cars inch to the front of one another. I wasn’t very familiar with certain parts of Subang Jaya, well mainly because I hardly go there (besides Pyramid that is). Finally I found the way to USJ 3 and 4 (The huge signboard’s apparent enough)

We reached Sri Pentas 2 at about 8pm, just about on time for the show. Up to the highest floor (5th), I can cleary see people are already queueing up for them to open up into the studio.

When the doors are finally released, the people sort of pushed in like nobody’s business LOL. We sat next all the way to the right, where all the Farahnatics (as Farah supporters called it) are placed. In front of us were all the huge banners the fans made specially for her (I noticed Farah For Finale, Farah On Fire..they were a couple more but I can’t exactly remember what the wordings were). Wow, Farah’s supporters are definitely huge in the studio but I doubt about the viewers at home :/

Tonight’s theme was Classical Week and the finalists have to sing 2 songs each; 1 Malay and 1 English.

First up was Faizull with the song ‘I Feel Good’. He started off fine, was kinda enjoying to the tune when towards the end he was losing it..and the scream he did..arrgh..it was painful..especially when you’re seated where the speakers are only a few meters off you!! For his second, he dressed up exactly like Hang Jebat LMAO. It did surprised everyone in the studio. Priest was like asking jokingly,"Mana keris?" and I answered "The mic is the kerislah." XD XD.

Farah was second with P.Ramlee’s hit ‘Getaran Jiwa’. I was a little uneasy on why she chose to sing this song as it was a male’s number. It could have been better if a guy were to sing it instead of a gal. She didn’t really pulled it off greatly like last year’s Vick but overall it was alright. Paul and Roslan’s comment weren’t giving her any relief so to speak. On her second choice of song, she picked ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’. I thought she did it effortlessly as when she ended the song, the Farahnatics were cheering incredibly loud for her..Roslan was speechless a couple of seconds as we never gave him the chance to start his comment LOL. But yet again the judges didn’t seem so convinced with her performance. She’s really vulnerable now, we gotta save her all we can this week!! :(

Next was Daniel with ‘Save The Last Dance’. I wasn’t really paying attention to the song he was singing..cos too bus taking their pics on stage LOL. But I guessed he did it slightly lower than Farah. For his Malay song, ‘Angin Malam’, boy did he ended the song great. It was his second attempt of a Malay song and he nailed it exaclty into the wall. Judges were all praising him and that in the future, he should do more of such songs as it’s his forte.

Nita went up fourth with a Malay song I can’t really remember the title. She didn’t really succeed with this song as the judges’ comments on her were far less than positive. Get ready guys..her English number ‘Big Spender’ was an exceptional ‘classic’ for the night..seriously. The way she started off the song, it was flawless. People are so gonna remember this performance of hers.

Final one up was Ash..once again can’t remember the title LOL. Never really did get any good comments from the judges again. What’s even worse was, his final song, people were chit chatting while he’s singing. LOL, kinda disrespectful but hey, if you couldn’t connect the audience with the song, this is what you got.

Later when everyone dismissed, we had a mamak session with most of the regular forummers. Surprisingly, Ash joined us later when his gang (who were seated a two table away) broke off. When the session finally ended, each went separate ways while we went the same route as Michael (The Idols chereographer). On the way to the parking, we were chatting even more than ever, unaware that there are tonnes of mosquitoes sucking out every blood they could LOL. So by the time when we finally adjourned, it was already 2 am. What a day.
